I held my 30th birthday party here and had an overall amazing experience! The team couldn’t do more to make it a personalised experience, from creating a personalised buffet menu and my own cocktails, to enabling me to decorate how I liked and play the music I wanted. They were super responsive whenever I got in touch with a query, and did all they could to help. Nothing was ever too much to ask of them. On the night, all of the guests complimented the wide variety of food options, the classy venue, and personal touches. Thank you all very much, I’d recommend to anyone who wanted to host a private gathering.

First time in here today. My daughter and myself went for Brunch. The server was super friendly without being intrusive. We ordered the French toast and it was amazing, with really generous portions. There is also a great selection of coffees. We will definitely be going back.

We came yesterday for my nans 80th birthday, for a lovely afternoon tea, and we're not disappointed! A lovely atmosphere in the restaurant, nice music and beautiful decor. It is also dog friendly, a large bonus as there were not many places we found in the centre that did so. The table server, Tamzin, was super friendly and helpful, and really was very attentive with making sure we were seen to. The food came out very quickly, and was a great spread of sweet food, with a few sandwiches. One of my only gripes was the lack of savoury options, as i feel like the 4 finger sandwiches could have been complemented with some sausage rolls or equivalent savouries. The sweet options were all delicious, with a great variety and all well sized. In addition, the tea options were vast, with as much milk as you would like. I believe for the price that this is a perfect place for anyone looking for a cute afternoon tea spot in Worcester, very grateful for such a lovely afternoon!

Fantastic valentines set meal. Very friendly staff who were happy to answer questions on the food and cocktail ingredients. Highly recommend. The transition from the cafe to evening venue was achieved through the subtle change of lighting. Lovely art deco style furnishing that transport you back to the time of luxury and elegance. Looking forward to going again soon for either afternoon tea or their mixology class!

Amazing place, atmosphere is great. Staff are incredible (in particular Olivia, Tamzin and Keene.) The food was fantastic (I highly recommend the sandwiches.) Overall an excellent place and experience. For anyone looking for a variety of food and drinks, this is the place to be.
